June 25 - Berlin Blockchain Week

Berlin Blockchain Week is an event vlose to our hearts as it is in our home town! Here were some highlights of our week:

🍽️ We started by hosting BCP partner's tokenization and VC focused dinner where guests got to be amongst the first to hear the news on what we have been building in collaboration with Stellar Development Foundation.

🎤 Our Managing Partner Rafael had the opportunity to speak at the German Blockchain & AI Week alongside Dr. Duc Au, Borna Makaremi, Dr. Oliver Krause, David Gevorkian, and Michael Yumin Gehles on a panel about real world assets discussing where real estate, responsible mining, and future-ready computing converge. 

Finally, Stellar's brunch on Monday highlighting the chain's use for "good" was quite inspiring and the first time that the Stellar ecosystem builders got to gather in Germany. 👏  We learned about how people like Anna Whitson-Diaz, Rosa Flores, Younes AL HAJ SALEH, and Björn Gehrmann are using the chain to provide aid funds efficiently to difficult to access regions such as Syria.

The fact that Anna's team helped an organization save an amount equivalent to the cost of building a new hospital is a powerful example of blockchain’s potential, and exactly why we’re all here building.
